All of our products are delivered electronically in formats such as Word, PDF, Excel, or similar. Once your purchase is complete, the files are either sent to your email as attachments or provided via a secure download link.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once the files have been sent or access has been granted, we cannot accept returns, process exchanges, or issue refunds. This policy is in place because digital products cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods, and once delivered, they are considered consumed.
We kindly ask that you review all available information carefully before making your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
Preview Before Purchase
To help you make an informed decision, we offer sample chapters for most of our products. These are representative of the quality, format, and structure of the full files you will receive. We strongly encourage all customers to review the sample chapters before placing an order.
- If a sample is not available directly on the product page, you may request one by contacting us.
- All other chapters are designed in the same style and level of detail as the sample chapters.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the available preview content and are satisfied with the quality and format of the material.
Eligibility for Refunds
We do not offer refunds or returns under the following circumstances:
- You have received the product files via email or download link.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not read the product description or review the sample chapter before purchasing.
- You assumed features or content that are not explicitly stated in the product description.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund only if:
- You have not received the product within a reasonable time after purchase and have contacted us for support.
- There was a clear error on our part, such as receiving the wrong file.
